Grillied Meatballs
Grillied Meatballs – Who knew you can grill meatballs!!
Equipment
- 1 Grillie
Ingredients
- 1 Large Yellow Onion
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 Spray Bottle Olive Oil
Instructions
- Slice the onion into 1/4" slices
- Form up to 20 small meatballs (see photo)
- Cut Celery into 1/4" slices (about a cup)
- Fill Grillie about 1/2 full with a bed on onions, then meatballs and then celery pieces.
- Cook on grill at high temp (450-500) Rotate occasionally while spraying olive oil onto ingredients.
