We only ship within the United States. Shipping Within the United States*
We only ship USPS and UPS mail. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days. *Alaska and Hawaii may take a few days longer.
Returns and Refunds
I promise, you will love the Grillies. , If you do not love the Grillies you may return your order for a full refund*. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date you received the product. You may return used Grillies or any in the condition you received them and in the original box. Damaged products (can be used but not damaged) will have discounted refund rate based on the extent of damage. Please contact us at grillmaster@mygrillie.com for more information.
*Shipping costs will not be refunded and the Customer is responsible for cost to ship back the product for a refund.
You can expect your refund with 1-3 business days after we receive the return products.
