Tuna Steaks the Easy Way The Grillie® Way
Matt the MyGrillie Guy will show you how to grill tuna steaks the easy way with the Grillie®. No sticking to the grill and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Equipment
- 1 Grillie
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb Tuna Fresh Steaks 1/2 lb each. About 1" thick.
- 1 Spray Bottle Olive Oil about 1 tbsp per side
Instructions
- Pre-Heat grill to 450 degrees
- Place 2 tuna steaks in your Grillie®.
- Place Grillie® on pre-heated grill
- Spray Olive Oil on both sides. Rotate 180 degrees and then back.
- Grill one side for 4 minutes and then rotate 180 degrees and grill for 4 more minutes. The time will vary from grill to grill and is dependent on the thickness of the tuna steaks.
- Remove Grillie® and pour out the tuna steaks onto a plate. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. No sticking to the grill or Grillie®

This may be the perfect way to grill tuna steaks. I used my Grillie and the tuna steaks do not stick to the Grillie. The old way stinks. All my fish stick to the grill. Love the Grillie and love my tuna steaks, crispy and juicy!
