Grillie Chicken with Curry Peas and Garlic is another Grillie chicken recipe, and this time we are using chicken breasts. This Grillie chicken with curry is a bit spicy favoring an Indian style curry cuisine. Easy to prepare and feeds 4-5 people. The Grillie allows you to grill the entire meal without having to prepare sides and other dishes. Enjoy the Grillie Chicken!

Pre-Heat Grill 400-450.
Recipe requires two Grillies.
Slice chicken into bite size pieces. Cut onion into 1/4" slices and cut in half. Slice peeled garlic into 1/8" slices. Add all ingredients and mix. Add seasoning as you mix. Pour half the mix into each Grillie.
Place on pre-heated grill. Spray with oil and rotate 2 or 3 times. Turn and rotate every 4-5 minutes. Grill for 13-15 minutes.
Remove from grill and pour into bowl.
Optional tortilla / burrito style (My personal favorite)
