Grillie Chicken with Curry Peas and Garlic
Grillie Chicken with Curry Peas and Garlic is another Grillie chicken recipe, and this time we are using chicken breasts. This Grillie chicken with curry is a bit spicy favoring an Indian style curry cuisine. Easy to prepare and feeds 4-5 people. The Grillie allows you to grill the entire meal without having to prepare sides and other dishes. Enjoy the Grillie Chicken!
- Slice chicken into bite size pieces. Cut onion into 1/4" slices and cut in half. Slice peeled garlic into 1/8" slices. Add all ingredients and mix. Add seasoning as you mix. Pour half the mix into each Grillie.
- Place on pre-heated grill. Spray with oil and rotate 2 or 3 times. Turn and rotate every 4-5 minutes. Grill for 13-15 minutes.
- Remove from grill and pour into bowl.
- Optional tortilla / burrito style (My personal favorite)
