BBQ Grillied Pork and Pear
The Grillie liberates you from the restrictions of the grill. Now you can mix meat and fruit on the grill. The Grillie will BBQ pork, pear, onions and garlic. Grilled fruit and meat is sensational! You will be amazed with the grillied flavor of fruit juices and meat flavors. This is jus the beginning., try chicken and apple or meatballs and tangerines. BBQ with imagination. Pre-Heat Grill
- Pre-Heat Grill to 450 degrees and cover.
Directions
- Cut Pork into slices about 1/4″ x 2″ – See Photo
- Slice Garlic cloves into 1/8″ thick pieces.
- Slice onion into 1/4″ wide and cut in half.
- Slice pear into 10 slices. (see photo)
- Fill Grillie and BBQ for about 12 minutes at 450. Spray with oil with each turn of the Grillie. Remove from grill and add your favorite seasonings!
Alternate Seaonings
- Other seasonings are Curry powder, Pepper, seasoning salts e.g. Herbamare, Goya Adobo, McCormicks Seasoning Salt (use one)
