Grillie Zucchini and Eggplant
This is where the power of the Grillie outperforms everyone else. You can grill eggplant, zucchini and garlic slices together and have one of the best tasting grilled veggie meals ever. This is a Grillie classic.

- 1 small Eggplant
- 1 medium Size zucchini (yellow or green)
- 1 Spray bottle Olive oil
- 20 cloves Fresh garlic
- Your favorite seasonings, salt, pepper, Adobo etc
Instructions
Directions
- Cut eggplant into small cubes - (see photo) Approx size is 1/2"x1/2". Cut zucchini into 1/4" slices then cut each slice in half. Slice garlic into thin slices. Mix in bowl with your favorite seasonings, salt pepper etc.
- Fill Grillie (no more than full with ingredients). Spray with olive oil and rotate 2-3 times in the firts few minutes then rotate every 3 minutes.
- Pour out Grillie into bowl and serve hot.
