Grillie Collard greens and Fresh Garlic
Grilled collard greens and fresh garlic using the Grillie is truly amazing. Grill 1 lb. of collard greens & garlic slices with the Grillie in 12-15 minutes. The flavor will be incredible. Grilled collard greens and other leafy veggies is where the power of the Grillie excels!

- 1 lb Fresh collard greens washed
- 20 cloves Garlic sliced thin
- 1 Spray bottle Olive Oil
- Granulated garlic
Instructions
Pre-Heat Grill
- Pre Heat Grill to 450 degrees
- Number of Grillies, 1 Grillie for each lb. of collard greens
- Add the entire 1 lb. bag of collard greens into the Grillie, mixing the sliced garlic as you fill the Grillie. You may pack the Grillie until full. The collard greens will cook down. Sprinkle the granulated garlic over the collard greens.
- Place Grillie onto pre-heated grill. Spray with olive oil and turn, Repeat until the collard greens are coated with olive oil.
- Rotate every 2-3 minutes and spray with olive oil. The collard greens will cook down. In 12-15 minutes you will have some amazing tasting collard greens.
