Sweet Potatoes Apples and Bacon
Try this Thanksgiving Day side dish as an enhancement to the traditional sweet potato sides. we have the best of both worlds, apple and bacon with sweet potato as the base. Only takes about 10-12 minutes and you will have new variation on the sweet potato side dish.

- 2-1/2 Cups Diced small sweet potatoes
- 3 Strips Bacon – Sliced into 4 pieces each (12 total)
- 1-1/2 Apples
- 1 Spray Bottle of Olive Oil
