Grillie Teriyaki Chicken Scallions Carrots and Garlic
The latest Chicken recipe from Frani! The Grillie Teriyaki Chicken, Scallions, Carrots and Garlic recipe is another staple meal. 10 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes on the grill.
- Cut Chicken into thin slices about 2"-3" in length. Cut carrots into thin slices about the thickness of two nickels. Cut scallions into 2"-3" long pieces.
- Combine chicken, carrots and scallions in mixing bowl. Add the seasonings and then the teriyaki. Ideally you want the ingredients to have a light glaze of teriyaki. Be prepared to use a wire brush on hand to brush off the areas of charred sauce. When using sauces on your food your Grillies will have some areas where the sauce will be charred on the Grillie. A wire brush will quickly clean the Grillie.
- Add the mixed ingredients into two Grillies. Place on pre-heated grill and spray with olive oil and turn 2-3 times while spraying. Turn every 4-5 minutes. Leave on grill for 12-15 minutes.
- Pour out the Grillied Chicken Teriyaki into a bowl add the sesame oil on top and serve.
