BBQ Grillied Chicken Thighs, Peas and Curry

This Grillie recipe is for grilling chicken thighs, curry, peas, onions, and garlic. Throw in 6 marinated chicken thighs into the Grille with Peas, (who grills peas?),Onions, cloves of Garlic and your favorite Indian style spices. This dish transforms your traditional BBQ chicken into a gourmet meal for 4 people. The Grillie Chicken thighs will are moist and juicy!!!

Directions

  • Clean Chicken Thighs
  • Slice Onion in 1/4" wide slices and then cut into quarters
  • Slice Garlic Cloves in half or thirds for larger cloves

Marinade for Chicken

  • Mix Spices into olive oil. Alternate oils can be avocado oil or canola oil. Whisk oil and spices until well mixed.
  • Add Chicken, Onions, Peas to marinade and mix thoroughly. Let the marinade and chicken sit for 4-5 hours.

Pre-Heat Grill

  • Pre-Heat Grill to 450 degrees
  • Place Grillie(s) on grill and BBQ for 12-15 minutes. Rotate Grillie every 2-4 minutes and spray with your favorite oil. Spicy oils are a great choice for this recipe.
