This Grillie recipe is for grilling chicken thighs, curry, peas, onions, and garlic. Throw in 6 marinated chicken thighs into the Grille with Peas, (who grills peas?),Onions, cloves of Garlic and your favorite Indian style spices. This dish transforms your traditional BBQ chicken into a gourmet meal for 4 people. The Grillie Chicken thighs will are moist and juicy!!!

Clean Chicken Thighs
Slice Onion in 1/4" wide slices and then cut into quarters
Slice Garlic Cloves in half or thirds for larger cloves
Mix Spices into olive oil. Alternate oils can be avocado oil or canola oil. Whisk oil and spices until well mixed.
Add Chicken, Onions, Peas to marinade and mix thoroughly. Let the marinade and chicken sit for 4-5 hours.
Pre-Heat Grill to 450 degrees
Place Grillie(s) on grill and BBQ for 12-15 minutes. Rotate Grillie every 2-4 minutes and spray with your favorite oil. Spicy oils are a great choice for this recipe.
