Grillie Salmon Butternut Squash Noodles Spinach and Garlic

This salmon recipe is simply awesome. I will show you how to grill a complete fish dinner for four in 12 minutes. Salmon, butternut squash noodles, baby spinach and garlic. The taste is 5 Star quality. If you like salmon you will love this salmon dinner.

INGREDIENTS
 2 lbs Salmon steaks (4-8 oz steaks)
 ½ lb Spaghetti butternut squash noodles
 8 oz Baby spinach leaves
 20 Sliced garlic cloves
 1 Spray bottle of olive oil

Recipe requires 2 GRILLIES

Pre-Heat Grill

Pre-Heat grill to 450F

Prep the ingredients.

Lightly oil salmon steaks on each side. Add 2 Salmon steaks into a Grillie, add 10 cloves of sliced garlic, then add butternut squash noodles and spinach. (See photo) Fill second Grillie the same way.

Place the two Grillies on the grill with the salmon steaks facing the grill and the spinach facing upwards. Oil spinach and turn Grillie a 1/2 turn. Oil the salmon and turn Grillie a 1/2 turn with salmon facing towards the grill. Close grill lid and grill for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes turn Grillie 1/2 turn with salmon facing up and grill for another 5 minutes. Spray oil during turns.

After 10 minutes turn 1/2 turn and wait 1 minute and remove from grill. Pour out salmon and squash with the squash and spinach facing the bottom and the salmon on top of the spinach and squash.
