The Grillie sausage, peppers and onions is a favorite summer time meal. You can now grill all the ingredients in one, the Grillie. No longer do you have to grill the ingredients in two different places. This meal is simply great. Grill 5 sausages with sliced peppers and onions in 15 minutes per Grillie. with 4 Grillies you can make 20 sausages with peppers and onions in 15 minutes.
(If using garlic) Slice garlic about an 1/8" thick
Fill Grill with 2-3 sausages, then add a mix of peppers and onions. Rotate the grill and mix and then add the balance of sausage, peppers and onions. Try to mix the ingredients in the Grillie by rotating and shaking.
Put Grillie(s) onto heated grill. Spray with olive oil and rotate 2 times and close the grill lid. Rotate every 2-3 minutes and spray with olive oil. At 15 minutes the Sausage and peppers should be done. Each grill cooks a little different. You may need a couple minutes more in some cases.
When done, remove Grillie from grill , remove the cap and pour into large bowl. Enjoy the best sausage and peppers Grillie style.
