Medium red potatoes

Chopped yellow onion

tbsp
Granulated garlic

tbsp
Seasoning salt (Herbamare)

Ground black pepper

Spray bottel of Olive Oil
Instructions
Pre-Heat Grill
Pre-heat grill to 450 F
Directions
Slice the 10 red potatoes the thickness of a butter knife. (See picture)
Mix potato slices and onions in mixing bowl and add granulated garlic, seasoning salt and pepper.
Add mix to 2 Grillies.
Put Grillies on grill and grill for 15 minutes. You will only need to turn the Grillie 3 or 4 times. Spray with Olive Oil or your favorite oil.
