Grillie Chicken with Curry Peas and Garlic is another Grillie chicken recipe, and this time we are using chicken breasts.   • Pre-Heat Grill 400-450.
  • Recipe requires two Grillies.

Directions

  • Slice chicken into bite size pieces. Cut onion into 1/4" slices and cut in half. Slice peeled garlic into 1/8" slices. Add all ingredients and mix. Add seasoning as you mix. Pour half the mix into each Grillie.
  • Place on pre-heated grill. Spray with oil and rotate 2 or 3 times. Turn and rotate every 4-5 minutes. Grill for 13-15 minutes.
  • Remove from grill and pour into bowl.
  • Optional tortilla / burrito style (My personal favorite)
