Grillie Potatoes Peppers Onions

Grillie Potatoes Peppers Onions

A summer favorite, Grillied potatoes, peppers, onions and garlic. This recipe could also be done on your kitchen stove in a frying pan, however now you only need one cooking device to prepare your entire meal. Grill your entire meal with the Grillie. Grill your main course of Salmon, spinach and grapes and your side dish of Potatoes peppers and onions all on the grill. Gillie makes your meal prep so easy you will think you are cheating and the flavor will be the best tasting food from the grill.

  • Slice Potatoes, Peppers and Onions. See picture for basic sizes. Peppers and onions can be cut into 1/4″ thick slices. The potatoes and be cut into 1″ x 1/4″ chunks. (see picture)
  • Add into two Grillies. You should fill the Grillie to about a third full and no more.
  • Place Grillies on pre-heated grill. Spray with olive oil and rotate a couple of turns. Make sure the ingredients are all coated with the olive oil. Grill for about 15-18 minutes or until potatoes are soft. (Use a shish kabob stick to test if the potatoes are cooked). You will need to turn the Grillie once every 5-7 minutes. 2-3 turns is a;; you will need. Pour out potato mix into bowl and serve with your main dish. I Love MyGrillie!!!
